This corner 7 unit monster was owned by a church for the last 15 years. It was one of our hardest projects to date as we had to tackle a significant amount of overdue structural work. The result was a gut-rehabbed, condo quality product a block away from the infamous 606 trail.
With a unit mix of four 1,200 sq ft 2bd/1ba and three oversized 1bd/1ba, we are able to deliver a desirable product to happy tenants for many years to come with little to no repairs and maintenance.
