We finished a renovation of a 100+ year old 3 flat in Chicago's Albany Park neighborhood. This brick building features three large apartments with generous living spaces. We refinished the original hardwood floors and kept many vintage details while updating the HVAC, plumbing, & electrical systems and modernizing the kitchens and bathrooms. We added laundry to each apartment as well
